General Terms and Conditions - Concert Events UK
1. Definitions
“Event” means any concert, show, or performance organised by GTP Touring Limited.
“Ticket” means a valid entry document purchased for the Event.
“Customer” or “You” means the person purchasing or using a Ticket.
“Organiser”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” means GTP Touring Limited, the event organiser.
2. Contract Formation
2.1 By purchasing a Ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2.2 The contract is formed at the point of confirmation of purchase.
3. Tickets
3.1 Tickets must be purchased through authorised channels.
3.2 We are not responsible for lost, stolen, counterfeit, or unauthorised resold tickets.
3.3 Tickets remain the property of the Organiser and may be revoked at any time in cases of breach of these terms.

5.2 If the Event is rescheduled, your Ticket will remain valid for the new date. Refunds are available upon request within the timeframe notified.
5.3 If the Event is cancelled, you will be entitled to a refund of the face value of the Ticket. Fees (e.g. booking or transaction fees) may be non-refundable.
6. Refunds and Exchanges
6.1 Refunds will only be made in accordance with clauses 5.2 and 5.3.
6.2 Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable except as expressly stated.
